All payments are processed securely through PayU, our payment gateway partner:

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets as supported by PayU
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount
• Payment information is transmitted directly to PayU's secure servers - we do not store your complete payment card information
• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when charges are incurred
5.3 Payment Failures
If payment authorization fails:
• Your order will not be processed
• You will be notified of the payment failure
• You may retry payment or use an alternative payment method
• Orders are not reserved during payment retry attempts
5.4 No Cancellation Policy
• Once payment is processed successfully through PayU, orders cannot be cancelled
• Our systems cannot reverse completed transactions

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is less.

10.3 Third-Party Logistics
We partner with third-party courier and logistics companies for product delivery. While we work with reliable partners, we are not liable for:
• Delays caused by courier partners
• Lost or damaged shipments during transit (subject to our Return Policy)
• Actions or omissions of delivery personnel
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Jurisdiction

11.3 Dispute Resolution Process
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to:
Step 1: Contact us at synq@soisu.com with a detailed description of the dispute
Step 2: Allow us 15 business days to investigate and respond
Step 3: Engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute amicably
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, either party may proceed with legal action in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11.4 Arbitration (Optional)
At our sole discretion, we may offer to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, pandemics)
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
• Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Power outages or infrastructure failures
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
• Payment gateway (PayU) outages or technical issues
• Courier partner delays or failures
During force majeure events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abusive behavior toward our staff or other users
• Repeated false claims or chargebacks

13.2 Termination by You

13.3 Effect of Termination

• Outstanding payment obligations remain in effect
