We currently ship across India through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery availability is subject to the serviceability of our courier partners to your location. We recommend checking your Pin Code serviceability at checkout before placing your order.

 

2. Order Processing Time

 

Before your order ships, our quality control team carefully inspects and packages each item to ensure it meets our high standards. Please allow:

 

• 1-2 business days for order processing, quality checking, and packaging

• Processing begins after successful payment confirmation through PayU

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

3. Delivery Timelines

 

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

 

3.1 Mumbai Deliveries

Orders within Mumbai are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

3.2 Outside Mumbai

Delivery timelines for locations outside Mumbai typically range from 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your specific Pin Code and location.

 

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary based on factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural calamities, and courier partner operations.

 

4. Shipping Charges

 

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Any promotional offers regarding free shipping will be clearly communicated on our website.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking details

• A tracking number to monitor your package's journey

• SMS updates at key delivery milestones (if mobile number provided)

 

You can track your order using the tracking number provided by our courier partner.

 

6. Delivery Delays

 

While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, certain circumstances may cause delays:

Deliveries may be affected or delayed during:

• National Holidays and Gazetted Holidays

• Major festive seasons (including Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Holi, etc.)

• Bank holidays and public holidays

Delivery timelines may be impacted by:

• Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, severe weather)

• Civil unrest, strikes, or lockdowns

• Logistical disruptions or courier partner delays

• Governmental restrictions or regulations

7. Delivery Requirements and Customer Responsibilities

 

7.1 Accurate Address Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

• Full name of the recipient

• Complete delivery address with landmark

• Valid Pin Code

• Active mobile number for delivery coordination

 

SOISU Furniture LLP is not liable for failed deliveries, delays, or loss of packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address or contact details provided by the customer.

 

7.2 Availability for Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window to receive the package. Our courier partners may attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package to us.

 

7.3 Package Inspection at Delivery

CRITICAL: You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery:

 

• Check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt

• If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, torn, or appears tampered with, please mention this clearly on the delivery receipt/challan before accepting the package

• Take photographs or videos of the damaged packaging if possible

• For damage claims, unboxing video evidence is mandatory and must be recorded before opening the package

 

Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may affect your ability to file a damage claim later.

 

8. Undeliverable Packages

 

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Recipient unavailability after multiple delivery attempts

• Refusal to accept delivery

• Inaccessible location

 

The package will be returned to us. In such cases:

• You will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery

• Refund processing (if applicable) will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy

• Return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund

 

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

 

9.1 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at synq@soisu.com. We will immediately initiate an investigation with our courier partner and work to resolve the issue.

 

9.2 Damaged Packages

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details on reporting and claiming damaged items. Remember, damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

 

10. International Shipping

 

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We will update this policy if we expand our shipping services internationally.

 

11. Changes to Delivery Address

 

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order through PayU payment gateway.

 

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at synq@soisu.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee address changes after payment confirmation.
